HOT STONE

During a hot stone massage, smooth flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.

MEDICAL THERAPY MASSAGE

Tui na, also called Chinese medical massage, is a traditional hands-on manipulation treatment method guided by TCM theory. Through manual manipulations, tui na is used widely to treat various diseases, including not only musculoskeletal disorders, but also diseases of internal organs. We also use herbal compress with our own proprietary organic herbs to aid in relieving pain and inflammation.
